03 WHAT TO COMPARE
“Hyperbaric” describes a range of experiences. Compare pressure, oxygen delivery and timing—not just how a chamber looks.

ATA · common mild range
ATA · the study pressure
| What to compare | This MP Health program | An unspecified HBOT offer |
|---|---|---|
| Pressure | 2.0 ATA | Ask for the actual pressure |
| Oxygen | 100% oxygen during treatment intervals | Confirm concentration and delivery method |
| Air breaks | Timed into the session | Ask whether they are included |
| Course | 60 sessions / schedule confirmed by staff | Confirm the planned dose and schedule |
| Local logistics | Elkhart, Indiana · three chambers | Compare travel and appointment availability |
MP Health has three hyperbaric chambers. When comparing providers, ask about actual treatment pressure, oxygen delivery, air breaks, staff procedures and scheduling. Equipment capability is the starting point; the complete treatment plan matters too.
Pressure is only one variable. A hard shell alone does not establish that the full research schedule is followed.
04 THE OXYGEN RHYTHM
The research uses oxygen periods with timed air breaks. The sequence matters just as much as the chamber.

Participants breathe 100% oxygen during the treatment intervals, delivered by mask.
The Israeli research group proposes that repeated shifts from hyperoxia toward relative normoxia may activate some cellular signaling pathways associated with oxygen scarcity—even though absolute oxygen remains elevated during the treatment environment.
Mechanism visual is conceptual. The hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox remains a proposed biological model and should not be interpreted as proof of an individual treatment outcome.
The proposed mechanism is not proof of an individual health benefit.

Your calendar matters. Studies used five visits per week. MP Health is open Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; staff confirms your full course schedule before treatment.
The published protocol uses two atmospheres absolute—materially different from the lower pressures commonly associated with portable soft chambers.
The intervention is not simply being under pressure. Participants breathe 100% oxygen by mask according to a defined treatment sequence.
Every 20 minutes, oxygen is interrupted by a five-minute air break. Those repeated oxygen transitions are a defining feature.
Five treatments per week creates repeated exposure over approximately twelve weeks rather than occasional wellness sessions.
The research evaluated a complete course. This is a structured program, not a one-time chamber experience.
The published Israeli studies specify a treatment dose. Matching the session count while changing pressure, oxygen delivery or timing does not reproduce the same intervention.

06 THE RESEARCH
The Israeli studies explored biological markers, cognition and blood flow. Understand the findings—and their limits.
adults in the telomere
and immune-cell study
adults in the cognition
and cerebral blood-flow study
Real studies.
Measured outcomes.
Important questions.
A 2020 prospective study in adults age 64 and older reported changes in telomere length in several immune-cell populations and reductions in certain senescent T-cell populations after 60 sessions.
A randomized study in healthy adults over 64 reported group-level changes in global cognition, attention, processing speed and cerebral blood flow after the HBOT protocol.
A peer-reviewed review describes how fluctuations in oxygen concentration may trigger cellular pathways normally associated with hypoxia, including HIF-related signaling.
These numbers are study sample sizes, not results. Individual improvements are not guaranteed. Longevity is not presented as an established medical indication.

Open the conversation ↓In JRE #2537, Joe Rogan and David Sinclair move from hypoxic training into the Israeli hyperbaric study. Rogan describes completing the 60-session course; Sinclair discusses the oxygen-transition model behind the research.
This is the public conversation that brought the protocol back into focus for MP Health and prompted a closer look at the underlying Israeli research.
Rogan summarizes the course he completed. The sections below separate that podcast shorthand from the pressure, oxygen, air-break and scheduling variables in the published protocol.
The speakers discuss research findings and a proposed mechanism. Their statements are not a forecast of individual results or a substitute for clinical review.

The dedicated HBOT segment addresses the 60-session protocol, telomeres, senescent cells and the idea of oxygen changes acting as an adversity signal.
The video jumps to his post-protocol measurements after 5,400 minutes in the chamber. His experience and measurements are his own—not a forecast for another person.
This discussion contrasts lower-pressure zip-up home chambers with solid, higher-pressure systems—why pressure and equipment matter when evaluating a published protocol.
Efrati has led the Israeli research program often referenced in longevity discussions. This lecture focuses on HBOT, the brain and oxygen-related signaling.

|---|---|
| 1 | $425 |
| 3 | $1,140 |
| 10 | $3,595 |
| 30 | $10,200 |
Packages are non-transferable and do not expire. All sales are final, with a full refund if MP Health determines you cannot receive treatment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit a visit, subject to staff discretion for special situations.
Visits depend on clinic and chamber availability. Payment does not reserve a time or establish treatment eligibility.

10 BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Take your time.
We’re here if you need us.
It is a treatment structure used in published Israeli HBOT studies: 60 sessions, typically five per week, at 2.0 ATA, with 90-minute sessions and timed oxygen/air intervals. Different studies examine different populations and outcomes.
Johnson publicly documented a course with the same core 60-session, 2.0 ATA structure. His personal results do not predict yours. MP Health is not affiliated with or endorsed by Johnson or the other speakers referenced here.
No such result is promised. Research has reported changes in selected biological markers and cognitive measures in particular study populations. That does not establish that this program reverses aging, prevents dementia or will improve an individual’s performance.
You can ask about a ten-session bundle. It is a purchasing option, not a substitute for the complete protocol studied over 60 sessions. The clinic can explain appropriate treatment options before you decide.
90-minute sessions cost $425 individually, $1,140 for 3, $3,595 for 10, $10,200 for 30, or $19,500 for 60. The 60-session package is $325 per session. Packages do not expire and are non-transferable. See the package terms above before checkout.
No. Hyperbaric sessions are available separately. Other clinic services are optional, separately priced and considered according to your individual needs.
You must disclose your health history and complete the clinic’s consent and screening process. A concern on your form may require an assessment before treatment. Requesting an appointment does not mean you have been cleared to enter a chamber.
Tell the team about your conditions, medications, recent procedures and changes in your health. Do not omit information or decide on your own that a concern is minor. The clinical team determines whether further evaluation is required.
Allow about two hours: arrive 15 minutes before your 90-minute session and allow 10 minutes afterward. Staff will confirm the full treatment schedule.
Discuss your calendar before purchasing. The team can explain how interruptions affect scheduling and whether your available time fits the intended protocol. Do not assume a different schedule has the same research support.
Compare actual pressure, oxygen delivery and timing. A lower-pressure setup does not reproduce a 2.0 ATA protocol. A rigid shell alone also does not establish that a clinic follows the complete research schedule.
Ask MP Health to confirm coverage and payment options for your circumstances before purchasing. Do not assume a longevity-oriented course is covered by insurance.
