Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp is the ultimate finger food that sure to impress. The large shrimp are butterflied and stuffed with cream cheese and spicy garlic sauce. Pop them in the oven and 25 minutes later you’ve got a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients:

• 1-2 packages uncooked bacon
• 16-20 large shrimp or prawns
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup spicy garlic hot sauce

Directions:

• Preheat your oven to 400° or heat your grill if cooking outdoors.
• Butterfly the shrimp, being sure not to cut all the way through.
• Stuff shrimp with cream cheese and spicy garlic sauce.
• Close the shrimp and wrap a piece of bacon around it.
• *Tip: Secure the bacon to the shrimp using a toothpick.
• If baking: Place shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bacon is golden brown. If grilling: Grill for 10-15 minutes.
