Revive Lab Work
Have you ever wondered
If my tests are “normal,” why do I still feel so bad?
How can I know if my supplements are working for me?
Can I use these tests to document optimal health and not just the absence of disease?
Don’t guess about your health
Many problems show up in the blood long before you actually “feel” symptoms. Certain tests, when read properly, will indicate whether or not you are progressing toward a serious illness. Wouldn’t it be better to stop these problems before they progressed into something serious? We test and retest to determine your progress.
There is no guess work. It is all in the testing.
Benefits
A verifiable way of documenting how healthy you really are, not just how you “feel.”
Monitor any diseases you may have and what you might be progressing toward.
A testable way to know what supplements you need and if those brands are working for you.
How to get started
Starting with a consultation, the doctor will determine the testing that should be done. Using blood work and other diagnostic tools, we do an in-depth analysis of your system. During our report of findings, we will carefully note major and minor conditions that may lead to serious illness. This detailed report will explain your test findings, as well as the nutrient and dietary recommendations based upon your test results.
What’s in the report
Summary of primary findings
At the beginning of the report, you will find a summary of the abnormal testing findings. This is a quick reference to all of the primary problems found in your test results. Each of these findings will be broken down in the body of the report correlating these findings with other abnormal test results, symptoms, side effects of medications, and makes nutritional and supplement recommendations according to the test finding, all in one easy and concise report.
“clinical range” vs “healthy range”
Most blood tests are reported using an established “Clinical Range.” If you are within this Clinical Range, you are most likely considered “normal.” This should not be confused with “healthy.” What’s the difference? Clinical Ranges are determined by taking approximately 100-200 people who tested recently with a particular lab. These people being tested typically have a health problem which is why they’re being tested. Being within the Clinical Range simply means you are not yet as sick as the other people used to determine that range. The Optimal Range simply takes the middle 20% of the Clinical Range. The point of the Optimal Range is to flag results that are heading towards Clinical. PREVENTION: that’s the idea.
Color Coded Test Results
The Revive lab results gives you an easy to understand visual report. Yellow is warning, red is dangerous, and blue is emergency. Upon retesting, you can compare any test side by side. Plus there is a data point that instantly tells you what’s improved and what needs more work!
Lifestyle and dietary recommendations
The report will make recommendations that start with a foundational whole foods diet, exercise, and fluid intake goals. The reports will further expand dietary recommendations with more specificity as dictated by your test results.
Individualized supplement recommendations
At the end of the report, you’ll find a summary of all the supplement recommendations. These supplement recommendations are customized based upon your test results, gender, weight, and severity of condition.
