80 Clove Garlic Chicken
If you’ve checked out our other recipes you might notice that we really, really like garlic. It’s used in many of our recipes. Not only is the flavor wonderful but the health benefits are amazing! We’ve been dying to try this 40 clove garlic chicken recipe since we started seeing it pop up all over the internet. Were we skeptical that 40 cloves would be overpowering? YES. Were we pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was? YES!
In this recipe we doubled the measurements and used 80 cloves of garlic. Feel free to adjust the measurements to how many servings you want to make.

Serves 8
Ingredients:
• 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 80 cloves garlic
• Dried mixed herbs (we used parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon pepper, onion powder, basil)
• 6 sprigs fresh parsley
• 4 shallots
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350º
• Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on each side
• Rub dried mixed herbs on each side
• Heat olive oil in a tall skillet
• Put chicken thighs in skillet and brown each side, but not cooking all the way through
• Remove chicken and set aside
• Chop shallot
• Add shallot to skillet
• Add garlic cloves to skillet with skin on and cook for 2 minutes
• Add white wine and chicken stock
• Add parsley sprigs
• Add chicken back in
• Put in oven for 20-25 minutes
• Remove and let cool for 5 minutes
• Enjoy!
