This healthy and delicious smoothie is perfect to get your morning started or as a midday pick-me-up. The combination of chia seeds, kale, banana and avocado pack a punch of fiber and heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 cup chopped kale
• 1 cup vanilla almond milk
• 1/2 ripe avocado
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 1 cup ice cubes
 
Directions:

Combine banana, kale, almond milk, avocado, chia seeds and honey. Blend until creamy. 
- 
Add in ice cubes. Blend until well mixed. 
- 
Serve in a cup with a straw (optional) and enjoy!
