01

Share your health history.

Complete your screening and acknowledgments online, right here. Our nurse practitioners review your information before treatment. Disclosed concerns go to the team for review; an assessment may be needed before treatment.

02

Get comfortable with the chamber.

The team explains the setup, pressure changes, ear equalization and how to communicate during your session. Ask about clothing and permitted items before arrival.

03

Follow the treatment rhythm.

The published schedule uses oxygen periods with timed air breaks. Allow additional time around the 90-minute treatment for preparation and the clinic’s pressure-change procedures.

04

Build a workable routine.

Our online request hours are Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. The published research used five visits per week; discuss the complete course schedule with staff before committing.

02 THE OXYGEN RHYTHM

More than pressure.
A change in rhythm.

The research uses oxygen periods with timed air breaks. The sequence matters just as much as the chamber.

Participants breathe 100% oxygen during the treatment intervals, delivered by mask.

Explore the oxygen science
The hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox

The oxygen change is part of the story.

The Israeli research group proposes that repeated shifts from hyperoxia toward relative normoxia may activate some cellular signaling pathways associated with oxygen scarcity—even though absolute oxygen remains elevated during the treatment environment.

Mechanism visual is conceptual. The hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox remains a proposed biological model and should not be interpreted as proof of an individual treatment outcome.

The proposed mechanism is not proof of an individual health benefit.

See all five protocol variables
01

True 2.0 ATA pressure

The published protocol uses two atmospheres absolute—materially different from the lower pressures commonly associated with portable soft chambers.

02

100% oxygen periods

The intervention is not simply being under pressure. Participants breathe 100% oxygen by mask according to a defined treatment sequence.

03

Timed air breaks

Every 20 minutes, oxygen is interrupted by a five-minute air break. Those repeated oxygen transitions are a defining feature.

04

High-frequency dosing

Five treatments per week creates repeated exposure over approximately twelve weeks rather than occasional wellness sessions.

05

A 60-session course

The research evaluated a complete course. This is a structured program, not a one-time chamber experience.

The actual dose

“Hyperbaric” is not one thing. This is the protocol.

The published Israeli studies specify a treatment dose. Matching the session count while changing pressure, oxygen delivery or timing does not reproduce the same intervention.

The proposed hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox

05 WHAT TO COMPARE

The details
make the difference.

“Hyperbaric” describes a range of experiences. Compare pressure, oxygen delivery and timing—not just how a chamber looks.

The MP Health equipment story

The details that make the difference.

MP Health has three hyperbaric chambers. When comparing providers, ask about actual treatment pressure, oxygen delivery, air breaks, staff procedures and scheduling. Equipment capability is the starting point; the complete treatment plan matters too.

Pressure is only one variable. A hard shell alone does not establish that the full research schedule is followed.

What is the Israeli 60-session protocol?

It is a treatment structure used in published Israeli HBOT studies: 60 sessions, typically five per week, at 2.0 ATA, with 90-minute sessions and timed oxygen/air intervals. Different studies examine different populations and outcomes.

Is this the program discussed by Bryan Johnson?

Johnson publicly documented a course with the same core 60-session, 2.0 ATA structure. His personal results do not predict yours. MP Health is not affiliated with or endorsed by Johnson or the other speakers referenced here.

Does this reverse aging or guarantee better brain function?

No such result is promised. Research has reported changes in selected biological markers and cognitive measures in particular study populations. That does not establish that this program reverses aging, prevents dementia or will improve an individual’s performance.

Can I start with ten sessions?

You can ask about a ten-session bundle. It is a purchasing option, not a substitute for the complete protocol studied over 60 sessions. The clinic can explain appropriate treatment options before you decide.

How much does it cost?

90-minute sessions cost $425 individually, $1,140 for 3, $3,595 for 10, $10,200 for 30, or $19,500 for 60. The 60-session package is $325 per session. Packages do not expire and are non-transferable. See the package terms above before checkout.

Do I have to join Brain Restore or buy other services?

No. Hyperbaric sessions are available separately. Other clinic services are optional, separately priced and considered according to your individual needs.

What screening is required?

You must disclose your health history and complete the clinic’s consent and screening process. A concern on your form may require an assessment before treatment. Requesting an appointment does not mean you have been cleared to enter a chamber.

What if I have a condition or take medication?

Tell the team about your conditions, medications, recent procedures and changes in your health. Do not omit information or decide on your own that a concern is minor. The clinical team determines whether further evaluation is required.

How long should I allow for each visit?

Allow about two hours: arrive 15 minutes before your 90-minute session and allow 10 minutes afterward. Staff will confirm the full treatment schedule.

What if I miss a session or travel during the course?

Discuss your calendar before purchasing. The team can explain how interruptions affect scheduling and whether your available time fits the intended protocol. Do not assume a different schedule has the same research support.

Is a soft chamber the same thing?

Compare actual pressure, oxygen delivery and timing. A lower-pressure setup does not reproduce a 2.0 ATA protocol. A rigid shell alone also does not establish that a clinic follows the complete research schedule.

Can I use insurance or financing?

Ask MP Health to confirm coverage and payment options for your circumstances before purchasing. Do not assume a longevity-oriented course is covered by insurance.

Where is the clinic?
